Diganta Adhikari

Bio

Dr. Adhikari is the Global Head of On-farm IoT and Agronomic Data Platforms at Syngenta Group’s Computational Agronomy. He is responsible for evangelizing and establishing the Internet of Things (IoT) strategy for digital agriculture, as well as optimizing grower returns with the data generated. Previously, he was the director of engineering for Irrometer Company Inc.  He has numerous years of experience in water management, environmental engineering, consulting and project management, focused on both government and industry clients. He also serves on various domestic and international technical and standards committees on smart water technology.
