Patricia Foland has an extensive experience in both private and non-profit sectors, excelling in leading development projects from conception to publication. Her career highlights include roles such as President and VP of International Operations at WTEC, INC, Maryland, USA, where she managed a non-profit organization and an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Antonio Nariño University, Colombia, she is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Patricia has led numerous international assessments sponsored by prestigious organizations such as the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Her skill set includes stakeholder relations, performance management, and cross-cultural team management.
